Welcome to Firmasync – a SaaS-based Point of Sale (POS) software built specifically for car workshops. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

2. Use of Service

• You agree to use Firmasync only for lawful car workshop business operations.
• You must not misuse the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Access to Firmasync is subscription-based.
• All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you input into Firmasync. We do not claim any rights to your customer or transaction data.

5. Data Access & Backups

We may access your data to provide technical support. Regular backups are made to protect your information, but we recommend you also keep your own records.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.

8. Limitation of Liability

Firmasync is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
